Mailbox Keys:
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. If they do not, you can have the box re-keyed at your own expense by contacting Turn Key Enterprises at 480-855-3929.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Payment Options:
- Sure Pay - you can fill out a sure pay form to have the assessment auto-debited.
- Check My Account - In the Check My Account portion of the website you can view your ledger and pay your account balance.
- Bank's Website - See our Pay Online page for instructions.
- Send a Check - Mail your check to the following address. Write your account number or property address on the check.
